Services, features and app availability may change. Access depends on operational conditions, location, traffic, personnel, partner availability and other prevailing circumstances. Displaying a service does not mean it is available in every place or at every time. The app is currently described as “App Launching Soon” until its status and store listings are verified.

4. Ambulance response and telemedicine

The stated 10-minute ambulance response is a qualified service target for Dehradun, not an unconditional commitment. Response time may vary based on location, traffic, ambulance availability and prevailing conditions. Telemedicine and other consultations should take place only through approved channels and with appropriate registered professionals.
